The 2026 Rheinmetall Resonant South Africa Graduate Programme is designed to develop and nurture young graduates by offering structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

  • Supporting financial reporting and accounting processes across group-companies (e

  • Entering and reconciling transactions, assisting with journals, account reconciliations, assisting with month-end or year-end reports)
  • Assisting with budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and cost tracking or cost allocation tasks
  • Helping with internal controls, compliance, and ensuring accounting practices follow group/company policy — especially important given regulatory, audit and internal-governance aspects
  • Possibly contributing to intercompany reconciliations / confirmations, given that RDM operates across multiple entities — a common requirement in multinational groups
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial projects or tasks, supporting senior accountants/managers — this might

Qualifications

  • BComm in Accounting Sciences
  • South African Citizen and ID
  • Applicants must be in their final year of studies with an average of 75%
  • A detailed academic transcript from the University must be provided
  • Applicants who have completed their BComm in Accounting Sciences degree will also be considered
